I'm Rasheeq Ishmam, currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity at Florida State University.

Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University and worked as a Software Engineer at Nippzon Technologies, where I developed AI-based tools for Japan’s broadcasting industry, including video and audio anomaly detection and automated Japanese text correction. I have experience with C++, Python, Swift, and Solidity, as well as tools like SwiftUI, Docker, Git, and PostgreSQL.

Outside of academics, I’ve earned recognition at multiple national and international hackathons, including HackNSU and the KIBO Robot Programming Challenge by JAXA. I’m passionate about solving real-world problems using secure, scalable technology.

My research interests include Pattern Recognition, Graph Neural Networks, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.

Bangla Conversational Agent Dialogue Dataset

Technologies: Google Translate API, NLP

  • Built a dataset with 1050 Bangla conversations and 13,953 task-based dialogues using the Taskmaster-2 food ordering domain.
  • Annotated 5,187 intent and entity tags for training Bangla task-oriented dialogue systems.
HazardSafety App

Technologies: Dart, Flutter

  • Built a mobile app to calculate safe separation distances for various chemical hazards.
  • Designed for chemical plant workers to prevent disasters and increase awareness of chemical risks.
Local File Synchronization Tool

Technologies: C++, STL, Multithreading, File I/O

  • Built a desktop utility to monitor a folder and automatically sync changes (create, update, delete) to a backup location.
  • Used hashing to detect modified files and avoid redundant copying.
  • Implemented basic multithreading to handle file scanning and copying concurrently.
  • Designed for local use — useful for creating incremental backups or syncing between drives.
Blockchain-Based EHR System

Technologies: Solidity

  • Developed a decentralized health record system providing remote patients secure access to specialist doctors.
  • Incorporated a specialized blockchain-based financial model for rural healthcare services.
Bhumi-Potro

  • Created a decentralized land/property registry system enabling secure transactions and ownership protection.
  • Implemented smart contracts for automation of approvals, payments, and transfers.
Hunter – Inventory Management System

Technologies: Python3, Django

  • Designed and built during a 72-hour hackathon for local businesses.
  • Helped local vendors efficiently track inventory with a user-friendly interface.
